Formed in 2013, Livingstone Homes has developed a number of residential projects including affordable housing for local authorities. Following on from this success and drawing on the knowledge we have gained, we are now undertaking several large-scale developments in Folkestone, Dover and on the Romney Marsh.

Working closely with local authorities, such as Folkestone & Hythe District Council and award winning architects, such as Holloway Studio, we have created developments which will meet and exceed the homeowners requirements both now and in the future.

Our aim is to seek out existing buildings, brownfield projects and unused land, and to bring them back in to use, as much needed residential housing, for private or affordable housing. A prime example of this is our current redevelopment of the former Royal Victoria Hospital which lay empty for more than 10 years. We are restoring the exterior of original building which dates back to 1889 and converting it in to 18 well appointed flats of 1 and 2 bedrooms.

Our exciting new developments create new opportunities – we often focus in out-of-town areas – we are proud our new housing creates direct and in-direct jobs, with top quality homes the result. Our new homes exceed building control requirements and are always a positive addition to the local community.
